It is generally acknowledged that around 75-80% of the workforce at any given time is not actively looking to move jobs. However, that’s not to say that they won’t move jobs if the right opportunity comes about and this is how our headhunting service can help.

We research the whole market to find all of the relevant people who may be suitable for a role, not just the 20% of people who might be actively looking for a role. Competency interviews

We are experts in competency interviews and feel that these provide real value in determining the suitability of a candidate for a role as they require the candidate to provide specific examples against a range of competencies. We can even help you identify the right competencies for a role if you wish.

Job profiling

This service focusses on identifying the right personality required as well as the skills and experience of the ideal candidate for a role. This allows you to compare the psychometric profile of a candidate to the profile required for the job and therefore how closely matched the candidate will be.
